Please note: Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the payment date. Payment options can be found under (Payment Options) at checkout. DELTA DRIVING SCHOOL reserves the right to adjust service prices or payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Refunds

If you change your mind and request a refund for services paid, the following rules apply:

1. For online payments via debit/credit card, a prorated refund will be issued (deducting the cost of services received and credit/debit card processing fees). Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days.

2. Payments made through (Zelle) will receive a prorated refund.

3. Cash payments will be refunded as a prorated cash return.

4. Payments made by personal check will be refunded via check or (Zelle) as a prorated refund.

5. Canceling or rescheduling any road lesson within 7 days of the appointment will incur a $50 rescheduling/cancellation fee, applied to your account balance.

6. Canceling or rescheduling a road test or road test package within 7 days of the appointment will incur a $100 rescheduling/cancellation fee, applied to your account.
